Recently Noahide Nations was made aware of a Spam Scam involving one of our Torah Learning Center Instructors. This Alert is to notify our Members and Guests to be on the look out for the below email and others like it. There is not enough information or evidence to conclude that they are targeting Noahides, Jews, Noahide Nations, Noahide Nations Members and/or its staff, or all the above. Regardless, it is important that we notify as many people as we can about this fraudulent attempt. Please pass this information to your friends.

I am in a hurry writting this,I had a trip to Nigeria,Unfortunately for me all my money got stolen at the hotel where i lodged from the attack of some armed robbers and since then i have been without any money i am even oweing the hotel here,so the hotel telephone service is dissconnected, so i have only access to emails,my mobile phone cant work here so i didnt bring it along, please can you lend me $2500 so i can return back and settle the hotel bills i would return it back to you as soon as i get home, I am so confused right now.You can have it sent through western union, My passport is with the Embassy here so i cant use my name to collect it now but if you want it sent on my name i will have to get my passport from the embassy, But you can have it sent directly to a western union Manager here and i would get it through him as he helps the people here in the hotel to receive the money, I have already spoken to him, here is his details NAME..

The above email is a hoax and should be immediately deleted from your inbox. It is truly a sad commentary of Mankind when we receive spam attempting to steal from kind, generous and unsuspecting people. It is even worse when they start using the names of people we know. I am sure the thief feels they are quit intelligent in their attempt to commit theft to innocent people while leaving an individual and/or organization holding the bag.

Noahide Nations takes every precaution possible to protect the its Members and staff. It is incumbent on Noahide Nations and its Members to be continually diligent in protecting ourselves from these types of immoral acts.
