Jacob Scharff

Jacob Scharff has been a Noachide since 1993.  Although born and raised in Kentucky, he has lived all over the United States and in Israel.  In 1994, he began going through the conversion process at Beth Jacob synagogue, in Oakland, CA.

Shortly before finishing, decided that he should first more fully explore what it means to serve Hashem as a Noachide (in case Hashem hadn't made a mistake in making him a gentile).  Since then, he has studied in Yeshivot in Israel, has become an ardent student of the Rambam, and has had an ongoing chevrutha with Andrew Overall for nearly a decade.  He currently lives with his loving wife in Minnesota, works as the IT Manager for a small marketing company, and finds living life as a Noachide a completely spiritually fulfilling existence.
