You may have recently received an unsolicited e-mail pertaining to a possible court filing in the US District Court for the North District of Texas.  The draft filing lists those bringing the action as:

“Ex Parte Naomi et al, by and through her Next Friend prochein amie,  Dr. Paul Maas Risenhoover and the Robin Hood International Human Rights Legal Defense Fund of the Yeshiva Bnai Noah of the Bnai Noah Religious Society”.  

While difficult to believe, the draft filing names as defendants, “ICE, CBP, USCIS Dallas International Airport Port entry directors [sic] and Ray Pettersen and Noahide Nations et al.”

It is difficult to understand why anyone with honest intentions would send such an e-mail to as many people as has been done.  You should know that Noahide Nations has never been contacted by Dr. Paul Maas Risenhoover, the Robin Hood International Human Rights Legal Defense Fund, or the Bnai Noah Religious Society.  In fact, up until receiving a copy of this unsolicited e-mail, we had never even heard of the Bnai Noah Religious Society.

We strongly encourage you to search the Internet regarding Paul Risenhoover and the Robin Hood International Human Rights Legal Defense Fund, and draw your own conclusions.

Noahide Nations is undeterred by those who attempt to malign us.  We will take whatever legal action is necessary to continue providing you with Torah-based classes, learning materials, and a safe environment to share ideas with others.
