Noahide Nations believes that the Noahidic, or Noahide, covenant was established by God during the time of Noah. This covenant was not only for Noah and his children, but it was for all humankind, as all people are descendants of Noah and his three sons.

The Seven Commandments of this Covenant were the impetus for House Joint Resolution 447 in 1982, aka “National Day of Reflection” and again with Public Law 102-114 of the 102nd Congress, aka “Education Day, USA”.

Noahide Nations Statement of Faith includes the 13 principles of faith that were formulated by Maimonides (Rambam) and is as follows:

NOAHIDE NATIONS BELIEVES WITH COMPLETE FAITH THAT:

1. God is the Creator and Guide of all things.
2. God is unique.
3. God is incorporeal.
4. God is the first and last.
5. To God alone is it proper to pray.
6. All the words of the prophets are true.
7. The prophecy of Moses was true and he was the father of all prophets.
8. The Torah as it exists is the one that was given to Moses.
9. The Torah will not be changed and no additional one will be given.
10. God knows all the deeds and thoughts of men.
11. God rewards and punishes.
12. The Messiah will be anointed.
13. There will be a resurrection of the dead.

The observance of the Noachide Laws is an obligation upon all non-Jews. These laws, the first six, were first given to Adam in the Garden of Eden. Later, after the flood, these laws were again given, this time to Noah with the addition of the seventh law were again given, this time to Noah with the addition of the seventh law-the prohibition against eating the limb of a living animal...
