We've decided to remove the Room Password.  No more "Member" needed.  Hope this makes it more convenient for everyone.  And you should change your bookmarks to the room (remove "private" from the end of the url)  The new url is:

The login window will appear.  Fill in the Username field (green area).  Make sure there is no text in either password field (yellow area).  These must be blank. Click 'OK' (red area) to enter.

It was brought to our attention that some folks weren't certain about the times when events were taking place in the Academy of Shem due to time differences. So we've added a "Time Zone Clock" to the relevant pages at the site, namely the "Enter Academy of Shem" &"Virtual Classroom" page, the "Calendar of Events" page and "Current Online Classes" page (right side of page)

It should allow users to calculate when classes and events will begin in their own time zone. To the best of my ability, the time zones used are correct and hopefully reflect daylight savings time throughout.

If anyone is aware of a problem with the times, please let me know. We can't add anymore zones, although we can change one out for another if it is clear that we should.

Since it's a popular destination, we've moved the "Enter Academy of Shem" menu link at the right to the top of the Site Resources menus.  Hopefully it will be easier to find.
